Dogwood Mountain House is a secluded two-bedroom, one-bath cabin that comfortably sleeps up to four guests (One queen bed in master, and two twin beds in the loft).  Nestled along a quiet, spring-fed creek and surrounded by a canopy of trees, our cabin features a large open front deck and a covered side porch, with a relaxing porch swing and rocking chairs. Amenities include a charcoal fuel grill for outdoor dining and Edison lights that create a charming ambiance during the evenings. 

About the Area

Cana, Virgina is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, midway between Fancy Gap, Virginia and Mount Airy, North Carolina. This prime location offers you easy access to a variety of nearby attractions. We're a short drive to Blue Ridge Parkway, one of the country's best known scenic routes. And, right down the road, you'll find Mount Airy, the inspiration for the fictional town of Mayberry in the Andy Griffith Show. If you don't mind a slightly longer drive, you can head over to Pilot Mountain State Park and enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing, rock climbing, and plenty of other outdoor activities.
